Student Led Conference Prompt Sheet

This is my Student led conference prompt sheet, I am proud of my writing profile sheet the most because I am two places ahead of where I am supposed to be. Next time I could be a little more confident and talk louder when sharing my writing.

My Special art

This is my artwork I did. It is me wearing a Teparu during the kappa haka festival.
I chose the Teparu because is represents my culture and it is a special memory I have. I also want to remember that unique experience I had as a year 3.
I used a wooden slab to lightly draw the outline of my picture.
After that I carefully chose my colours, I chose blue for the background because it wouldn't blend in with my Teparu and face.
The part I found challenging was painting the teparu, because it is detailed and I had to use a very small paintbrush.

The sun was as bright as my future.

Squinting at the blinding blue mat.

Strong, shimmering bar.

“Is this compulsory?”

“HOPE NOT!!!”

Carefully observing people fail with curiosity.

I swiftly jog up to bar and using all my
momentum and I take the risk… but like always, gravity
 wins.
